A few simple steps to get started.
Contact Barbara now at [email protected] Email us either a .jpg or bitmap of your design and in return you will get a high quality digitized design to fit you and your customers needs!!!
In your email please include the following information that will make the process as smooth as possible:
- Type of product and material that the design will go on
- If there is a chance that it will go on caps please let us know at the time of the order.
- File type that you will need the finished design such as .dst or .exp
- Send a .jpg or bitmap of your design which does not need to be separated
- Maximum colors you can accomodate if a highly detail and colorful design
- If going on caps what is the maximum height for the design allowable for your production
- If going on visors what is the maximum height for the design allowable for your production
Please note:
- If design needs to be increased or decreased by 30% or more we will digitize the design at the different size to maintain quality and integrity of the design.
- Revision fee will be charged for only significant changes such as added text at a later date, or design has changed from original provided art.
Turnaround:
- Turnaround time is 24-48 hours for left chest, cap front, cap back designs from the time we are given good art and your approval to go ahead with the order.
- Fullback/full front designs may require up to 72 hours
- NO RUSH FEES!!! We understand that sometimes it is out of your control that you have an unexpected deadline so we do not charge for rush fees.
